Sarah Wallace Scott, Your Failure, 2010. Handmade, recycled paper & watercolor, dimensions variable.
Sarah grew up in Evergreen, CO and has recently returned to the Denver area after almost twelve years away. She received her Bachelors of Fine Arts Degree from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco and in 2009 completed her Masters of Fine Arts Degree from Cranbrook Academy of Art. A papermaker and printmaker, Sarah works between two and three dimensions to make works that explore our relationship with the wonderment of nature, its sublimity, and humankinds’ trepidations of its disappearance, retaliation, and eventual loss or triumph. She considers the work as an experiment in wonder and loss. Sarah is very excited to be a part of the RedLine community.
