Marsha Mack (b. 1987, San Rafael, CA) holds an MFA from Syracuse University, a Certificate of Advanced Study in Women's and Gender Studies from Syracuse University, and a BFA from San Francisco State University. Fixated on social dynamics nuanced by subjective experience, Mack's immersive installations, sculptures, and performances border on excess, creating affective experiences through layered sensory elements. She has attended artist residencies at The Studios at MASS MoCA (North Adams, MA), Haystack Mountain School of Crafts (Deer Isle, ME), and the Takt Artist Residency (Berlin, Germany).
