Architects of Change: Shaping Futures Through Art
REACH Core Artist 2024 Exhibition
December 13, 2024-January 6, 2025
About Architects of Change
The 2024 REACH exhibition, Architects of Change, invites REACH Core Artists to critically evaluate the world as it stands today, shaped by the profound disruptions and revelations of a post-pandemic reality.
This theme challenges artists to reflect on the urgency of our times, assess humanity's current condition, and imagine transformative possibilities for the future. In doing so, it positions creativity as a central force for change—an engine for reimagining systems, relationships, and shared visions for progress.
Art has always played a vital role in documenting and shaping the evolution of society. From visualizing new paradigms to exposing injustices, artists have acted as architects of cultural and social transformation.
Through Architects of Change, we honor this role by showcasing works that examine the dynamics of change, innovation, and the human capacity for resilience.
By focusing on the interplay between creativity and progress, Architects of Change highlights the artist’s role as a visionary leader, capable of reshaping the fabric of society through transformative ideas and actions.
Through this showcase, we invite viewers to not only witness but also participate in the transformative journey presented by REACH Core Artists. Architects of Change is a testament to the enduring power of art as a beacon of hope, a tool for resistance, and a blueprint for collective evolution.
Together, we’ll explore how art helps us grapple with the complexities of today while imagining the boundless opportunities of tomorrow.

About the Curators
Tya Alisa Anthony
RedLine’s Education & Community Outreach Director (and Resident Alum) Tya Alisa Anthony explores themes of identity through photography, mined media and charged objects. Anthony’s Identity focused works offer exploration in both the shared and diverse experiences of Contemporary Western Culture.
While approaching socially illuminated topics involving people of color, the core of Anthony's experimental work exists within research, collage and abstraction. As an integral component of her tactile studio practice, Anthony draws from photographs acquired online and removed from her extensive archive of family photographs.
It is Anthony's intention to create works that explore the intersections of humanity while creating a space of autonomy and regard for bodies of color.
Anthony received a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in 2015, (SUMMA CUM LAUDE) honored as Valedictorian, from Rocky Mountain College of Art + Design. Presently, Anthony lives and works in the city of Denver, producing photography + mixed media installations for both commissions and exhibition.
