The Denver Post Recognizes RedLine Resident Artists, Alumni, and Founder

Whether you’re a local or a visitor to Denver this July, step into the vibrant world of "Made in Colorado," a captivating group exhibition at Denver's Emmanuel Art Gallery and CU Denver Experience Gallery.

This show isn’t your ordinary art gathering: it's a kaleidoscope of creativity, bringing together talented local artists under one roof.

"Made in Colorado" bridges the gap between the public and the thriving art community of the state. The artworks on display range from paintings, drawings, and photographs, to sculptures and videos.

The exhibition includes work by RedLine’s founder Laura Merage, and pieces by current RedLine Resident Artists JayCee Beyale and Chelsea Kaiah, and Resident Alumni Gretchen Marie Schaffer, Amber Cobb, and Lauri Lynnxe Murphy.

You can also experience powerful paintings by Gregg Deal, whose punk-rock inspired exhibition rocked the halls of RedLine last summer, alongside three-dimensional pieces from the prolific Floyd Tunson, who had a massive scale exhibition at RedLine in the summer of 2022.

The exhibition showcases the signature styles of established artists in the region and emerging new voices. By celebrating the works of successful local artists, this exhibition assures skeptics that Colorado is a hotbed of talent.

Whether you're an art connoisseur or are simply seeking an enjoyable afternoon out of the heat, prepare to be dazzled as you immerse yourself in a colorful tapestry of artistic expressions.

“Made in Colorado” continues through July 21 , 2023.
