She/Her

Raised in the great Midwest, I spent my childhood surrounded by prairie and open sky. After graduating from Rhode Island School of Design, I moved my studio to Brooklyn, NY, where I developed my practice for a decade before relocating to the Rocky Mountains. I hold an MFA from Columbia University’s School of the Arts.

In my artistic exploration, I delve into the intricate tapestry of human emotions, experiences, and connections, weaving together diverse themes and mediums to evoke contemplation and introspection.

Each series within my body of work reflects the multifaceted nature of existence, inviting viewers to explore the depth and complexity of the human condition. From celebrations of vibrant energy and beauty to contemplations of loss and vulnerability, my art seeks to illuminate the universal truths that bind us together in our shared human journey.

Drawing inspiration from the natural world and the realm of human emotion, my work spans a spectrum of themes and subjects. Through intricate drawings, fabric sculptures, and abstract representations, I aim to capture the essence of life's moments—from the captivating allure of nature to the profound impact of natural disasters.

Each piece serves as a conduit for personal expression and collective introspection, inviting viewers to delve into their own emotions and experiences while contemplating the broader context of our interconnectedness.

Collaboration and community are integral to my artistic process, enriching the journey of creation and fostering connections among individuals. Whether through solo endeavors or collaborative projects, my art serves as a platform for dialogue and exploration, encouraging viewers to engage with themes of resilience, wonder, and the transformative power of creativity.

Through the language of imagery, I seek to inspire curiosity, empathy, and a deeper understanding of the human experience.
