Chelsea has been working for Arts Street for over 6 years, empowering youth to achieve their educational, employment and creative goals. With a background in printmaking, photography and illustration, she loves adding visual arts to every aspect of teaching and life. She is currently working on a series of illustrations for her own book and loves using detailed pen and ink drawings to capture the world around her. Being able to offer a variety of skills and creative knowledge to Arts Street’s youth participants also drives her to continuously learn and apply new mediums to her own art including sculpture, graphic design and videography. Overall, she is passionate about sharing her love for art and engaging youth through creative projects, showing them the potential of their skills in their own lives.
